Hi family!
Today I received my first chemo treatment! Â The doctors and nurses were all so attentive and made sure that I was well cared for. Â The port on my chest was awesome! Â They drew blood and did my injections through that so it was nice not to have a lot of needles. Â The whole process took about 4 hours.
In the picture below you can see my Neulasta OnPro.  This little box has a needle into my arm and it will give me an injection tomorrow, 24 hours after my treatment.  Then I can remove it!  This is to increase my white blood cell counts so I can keep getting better.  I am so happy for this technology and that I don’t have to go back to the hospital for these injections!
